Description

The Vulcan ABC7E-208 is an electric, boilerless combi oven/steamer engineered for streamlined workflow. It holds seven 18 x 26 inch full size sheet pans or fourteen 12 x 20 inch full size hotel pans to handle multi-tray production. Operators set temperature, timer, and humidity using 3 knobs with LED displays, and humidity auto-adjusts with temperature selection for simple, coordinated control. An auto-reversing fan with electronic braking system manages airflow, while the cool to touch glass door supports safer handling. A flashing door light and an audible alert keep staff informed at a glance. Four Grab n Go wire racks aid fast loading and staging. The interior and exterior are stainless steel.
