Description

The Rational iCombi Pro® 10-Full Size gas combi oven delivers capacity, precision, and smart control for busy service. Its intelligent cooking system features four assistants—iDensityControl, iCookingSuite, iProductionManager, and iCareSystem—paired with six operating modes, five cooking methods, and three manual operating modes. A wide 85° to 572°F temperature range supports versatile menus, while a 6-point core temperature probe helps ensure accurate results. The cavity holds (10) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans, (20) 12″ x 20″ steam pans, or (10) 2/1 GN pans, and includes (5) stainless steel grids. Quick clean, care control, and a retractable hand shower simplify upkeep. Built-in Ethernet and Wi-Fi enable connected operation. With 152,000 BTU gas power, eco mode, and ENERGY STAR®, it supports efficient performance. Electrical requirements are 208/240v/60Hz/1-ph with a 6 ft. cord and 1.5 kW.
