Designed for busy kitchens, this double stack of two 6-half size electric iCombi Pro® units delivers capacity and control for high-volume production. Each combi oven accommodates up to twelve 13″ x 18″ sheet pans, twelve 12″ x 20″ steam pans, or twelve 1/1 GN pans. The intelligent cooking system combines four assistants—iDensityControl, iCookingSuite, iProductionManager, and iCareSystem AutoDose—along with six operating modes, five cooking methods, and three manual operating modes to adapt to changing production needs. A wide 85° to 572°F temperature range supports menu flexibility. Workflow is streamlined with quick clean, care control, eco mode, a 6-point core temperature probe, and a retractable hand shower. Integrated Ethernet and Wi‑Fi enable network connectivity for kitchen management. Each oven operates at 208/240v/60Hz with 10.8 kW of power and carries CE, IPX5, UL, cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certifications.
