Each compartment holds six 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ deep pans and uses digital controls for precise, straightforward operation. This electric unit is rated at 14 kW and runs on 480/60/3ph. Installation is streamlined with required plumbed water and drain connections, plus two 5′ cords with NEMA L16-20P. No water filtration is required.
