They are also conveniently countertop accessible. This Wells G-13, in particular, has been designed with flexibility, durability, and maintainability in mind. It has zoned thermostatic controls, allowing operators to adjust each individual section of the griddle separately. This means operators can cook multiple items at once at different temperatures with the same Griddle.
Its stainless steel front, sides, and splash guards give it the durability one would expect from commercial grade equipment. This G-13 includes an extra large 4-quart capacity grease drawer and has a smoothly polished steel griddle plate for easy maintenance.
