This Wells H-70 Countertop Electric Hotplate has two separately controlled burners for maximum cooking flexibility. With the ability to cook in a varitey of ways, including saute, cook, fry, boil or steam, Hotplates give operators versatility. This Hotplate, in particular, offers operators increased control with two separately regulated burners. Its elements have a french-plate design and are up to 9″ in diameter. This large size makes these solid cast elements ideal for use with large stock pots. The larger surface area provides a uniform heat distribution. This H-70 has 4″ adjustable legs.
