The Turbo Air TST-72SD-D6-N-GL super deluxe sandwich/salad unit with glass lid supports efficient prep and attractive presentation in a three-section, 19 cu. ft. design. The top accommodates (18) 1/6 size, 4″ deep pans beneath a clear glass lid to keep ingredients visible and within reach. Six drawers provide organized storage below, and a 6-1/4″ deep cutting board creates a dedicated workstation across the 72-5/8″ width. Built for demanding kitchens, it features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom. A self-cleaning condenser is equipped to reduce manual maintenance. Refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 3/8 HP system, powered by 115v/60/1 at 9.9 amps and a NEMA 5-15P plug. This model meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings.
