The Turbo Air TST-60SD-08SM-N Super Deluxe sandwich/salad unit features a two-section, 60-1/4″ W x 30″ D x 37-5/8″ H footprint. The 19 cu. ft. cabinet includes two stainless steel shelves behind two solid doors, and the rail accommodates (8) 1/6 size, 4″ deep pans. A cold air compartment and insulated pan cover pair with a digital temperature control and monitoring system, plus LED interior lighting and fan control. Construction includes a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom. The unit is self-cleaning condenser equipped and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. Powered by a 1/5 HP system, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 8.9 amps, and connects via a NEMA 5-15P. Certifications include cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
