Technician’s Note: The B-3960 is the industry standard for 3″ commercial sink drainage. Periodically inspect the internal plunger seat for food particles that can prevent a complete watertight seal. If the lever becomes difficult to turn, the internal linkage may need cleaning or minor lubrication. Polished stainless steel strainer finish is highly resistant to grease and frequent cleaning with industrial disinfectants. Always use fresh gaskets.
