Technician’s Note: The B-3950 is the industry standard for commercial sink drainage. Periodically inspect the internal plunger seat for food particles that can prevent a complete watertight seal. If the twist handle becomes difficult to turn, the internal linkage may need cleaning or minor lubrication with food-grade grease. Polished stainless steel strainer finish is highly resistant to grease and frequent cleaning. Always use fresh gaskets.
