The Southbend 4601DC-4GR is a 60-inch gas restaurant range pairing two non-clog burners with a right-side 48-inch griddle. Chefs can sear and sauté over open flame while executing breakfast items, burgers, or sandwiches on the griddle without changing stations. A standing pilot keeps the line ready between turns.
Use the standard oven with battery spark ignition for roasting, baking, or finishing while the cabinet base keeps tools close at hand. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides extra staging for pans and spices. Stainless steel front and sides simplify cleanup, and 6-inch adjustable legs aid leveling.
With 191,000 BTU of total input, this configuration supports busy service across varied menus. One included rack gets the oven working right away, and standard grates accommodate common cookware. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
