The Southbend 4363D-2CL is a 36-inch gas restaurant range designed to streamline high-volume cooking. Pair (2) star/sauté burners with a left-side 24-inch charbroiler to sear steaks, toast buns, or finish proteins while keeping sauces and sides moving. A standard oven adds baking and roasting flexibility on the same footprint.
Speed service with standard grates and a standing pilot for dependable, ready-to-cook heat. The oven’s battery spark ignition helps get pans in faster, while the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keeps trays, spices, or smallwares within reach. It’s an efficient setup for grill lines, sauté stations, and mixed-menu operations.
Built for the rigors of the line, it features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs for easy leveling and cleanup clearance. Deliver powerful throughput with 175,000 BTU and maintain compliance with CSA and NSF listings. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
