The Scotsman Prodigy Plus FS1522AX-32+B322S delivers reliable flake ice production for busy operations. This air-cooled ice maker with a self-contained condenser produces up to 1514 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and is AHRI certified at 1095 lb at 90°/70°. Built for long service, it features a stainless steel evaporator and auger, sealed maintenance-free bearings, a stainless steel finish, and R290 refrigerant on a 208-230v/60/1-ph connection.
Operator-friendly touches include AutoAlert indicating lights, a unit specific QR code, a front facing removable air filter, and one-touch cleaning. AgION antimicrobial protection is built in, and the B322S bin provides a 370 lb application capacity in a 22-inch width with a metallic exterior. The bin adds a top-hinged front-opening door, a toolless removable baffle, polyurethane insulation, a polyethylene liner, and 6-inch legs; the ice maker is NSF and cULus while the bin is NSF, and both are engineered and assembled in the USA.
