The Lancer Valve T&S Chilled Water is the precision flow-control head responsible for delivering non-carbonated water at a stable flow rate. It features internal seal modules specifically designed for water-only operation, preventing the calcium sticking common in syrup valves.
Problem Solved: Corrects inconsistent beverage quality in non-carb drinks and eliminates leaking nozzles. Restores the immediate ‘on/off’ response required for accurate manual pours.
Symptoms of Failure: Drinks tasting watered-down, constant dripping from the nozzle tip after release, or the valve failing to activate despite the lever being depressed.
Technician’s Note: If the flow is slow, check the intake filter on the mounting block. In many areas, mineral grit from the water supply can clog the small water-side ports before affecting the syrup side. Clean o-rings with food-grade silicone.Technical Specifications:
