Description
The Lancer TST Tea Dispenser, 6 Brands is a complete commercial beverage station designed to chill and dispense non-carbonated tea or juices at high volume. It utilizing integrated ice-bank (CED) technology to maintain product serving temperatures without the need for a separate ice machine or remote chiller.
Problem Solved: Provides a self-contained cooling and dispensing solution. Corrects ‘warm drink’ issues in non-carbonated beverage circuits by ensuring product coils have maximum thermal contact with the internal ice bank.
Symptoms of Failure: Warm serving temperatures during surges, excessive ice melt, or failure of the internal agitator motor to circulate the water bath.
Technician’s Note: Maintain a minimum of 4 inches of clearance on all sides for airflow. Restricted ventilation is the primary cause of compressor overheating. Periodically check the water bath level to ensure probe continuity.Technical Specifications:
