The Lancer 3.0 oz/sec LEV 3.0 Self-Serve Lever Valve & Block is a complete precision dispensing assembly responsible for managing the syrup and water flow to ensure a perfect mix ratio (Brix). This model includes the quick-disconnect block, allowing for rapid installation and service without depressurizing the entire manifold. The 3.0 oz/sec flow rate is optimized for standard self-serve cups.
Problem Solved: Corrects inconsistent beverage flavor and stops product waste caused by dripping nozzles or ‘run-on’ pouring. The ceramic flow modules inside provide high-pressure stability that resists the ratio drift common in older mechanical valves.
