Description
The Lancer Harness Assembly LEV with Syrup-Out is the specialized electrical distribution assembly that carries signals and low-voltage power to dispensing heads. This version includes the dedicated ‘Syrup-Out’ circuit, which communicates with the logic board to signal when a BIB is empty, preventing the machine from dispensing watered-down product.
Problem Solved: Eliminates unreliable connectivity and restores communication between the control brain and the dispensing valves. This part replaces wiring that has been compromised by moisture or syrup exposure.
Symptoms of Failure: Intermittent valve firing, non-responsive buttons, or failure of the ‘Syrup Empty’ light to activate when a bag is depleted.
