In the convection oven, a 1/2 HP blower motor drives consistent circulation across three chrome racks for reliable, multi-pan results. Manual controls and a one-hour electric timer simplify repeatable execution. Durable stainless steel on the front, sides, landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate stands up to high-traffic use, while 6″ legs with adjustable feet aid leveling. Total output is 105,000 BTU with a 120v/1-ph, 6.0-amp connection. cETLus and NSF listed.
