The Imperial Range IR-10-EW-XB is a Pro Series restaurant range configured for electric service at 60 inches wide. Ten wafer elements provide expansive cooking capacity for simultaneous pan work, with infinite heat controls to fine-tune temperatures across the line. A standard oven adds baking and roasting capabilities alongside the cooktop to streamline back-of-house workflows.
An open cabinet with a bottom shelf keeps tools and smallwares accessible, supported by one chrome rack and a splatter screen. The oven interior is porcelain, and the front, sides, backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate are stainless steel. Six-inch legs with adjustable feet help ensure a level install.
