The Garland SUME-200 Summit Series double-deck electric convection oven streamlines high-volume baking, roasting, and retherming. Solid state controls with an electromechanical thermostat deliver precise 150–500°F setpoints, while a 60-minute timer keeps production on schedule. Its 20.8 kW output on a 208/240V supply supports back-to-back batches.
Five chrome-plated racks per deck and multiple position guides let kitchens configure space for sheet pans, hotel pans, and roasting trays. Dependent 60/40 doors with a double-paned thermal window in the left-hand door allow quick checks without opening both doors, helping retain heat and pace service.
