Load flexibility drives workflow: (10) universal tray slides accept (10) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or (20) 12″ x 20″ pans, with 4-1/2″ on-center spacing and 1-1/2″ incremental adjustability for taller items. Use it to stage banquet plates, hold roasted proteins, or keep sides ready on cafeteria lines without compromising quality.
Built for demanding operations, the insulated, stainless steel interior and exterior resist wear and retain heat. Push bar handles, 5″ casters (2 rigid, 2 swivel with brakes), and a wraparound bumper improve mobility and protection, while a flush-mounted door with edgemount latch and removable humidifier pan simplify daily use.
