Blower-driven convection preheats to 160°F in just 20 minutes and reaches up to 200°F for dependable results. The EnduraHeat system charges in about 60 minutes, then maintains serving temperatures for up to 2 hours unplugged—ideal for remote service lines and transport between kitchens and venues.
All-welded stainless steel construction and removable, double nickel-plated wire shelves simplify cleaning and setup. 6-inch all-swivel balloon casters (two with brakes), wrap-around bumper, and heavy-duty push handles enhance mobility, while a three-way toggle lets you select Off, Convection Heat, or EnduraHeat mode.
