The Doyon 1T4 artisan stone deck oven delivers high-output baking in a compact, electric, four-deck format. Programmable control per deck and independent upper and lower elements let you run different products simultaneously without sacrificing consistency. A 600°F maximum temperature supports everything from hearth loaves to thin-crust pizzas.
Stone hearth bake decks transfer heat evenly for excellent oven spring and color, while self-contained steam injection on each deck helps develop glossy crusts and moist crumb. The end-load layout streamlines loading and unloading to keep production moving. An 8″ standard deck height accommodates a wide range of breads, rolls, and flatbreads.
