Stone hearth bake decks and a 600°F maximum temperature accommodate pizzas, hearth breads, and pastries with excellent presentation. Self-contained steam injection per deck enables on-demand steam for crust development and sheen.
Built for workflow, the end-load, one-pan capacity per deck and 8″ deck height standard make loading consistent and straightforward. Heavy-duty legs with casters add mobility, while independent upper and lower deck elements provide precise top and bottom heat management.
