Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator to keep operation streamlined and condensate managed.
Built with a stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior, this unit stands up to daily prep while wiping down quickly between rushes. Field rehingeable doors and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify installation, leveling, and line changes for delis, cafes, and high-volume foodservice.
