Load up to (7) 12″ x 20″ hotel pans or (5) full-size 18″ x 26″ sheet pans (using MultiRack option) to execute batch cooking or à la carte demands. Operators can rinse down the cavity quickly with the built-in hand shower, while triple‑pane glass provides heat protection for a safer workspace. Stainless steel inside and out stands up to daily use and simplifies cleanup between turns.
Drive consistency with touch screen controls featuring SmartChef, MenuPlanner, and CombiSpeed/CombiSense, plus storage for up to 1,500 recipes.
