Four pull-out drawers and one door with two shelves let you separate proteins, greens, and backups for quicker turns.
Furnished 4-inch-deep 1/6 pans fit the opening, and the top will also accommodate 6-inch-deep pans; the upper and lower drawers accept 6-inch pans to simplify changeovers. A stainless steel exterior with galvanized back and bottom and an aluminum interior stands up to daily cleaning and heavy use.
