The stainless steel top accepts 24 1/6 size pans, with 4-inch-deep pans furnished and the top accommodating 6-inch-deep pans when menu needs change. Four pull-out drawers add chilled backup storage, and the 10-inch polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy, easy-clean prep surface. Assemble sandwiches, compose salads, or set mise en place from a single, efficient station.
