Built for efficient line prep, this two-section sandwich/salad mega top refrigerator organizes ingredients and streamlines assembly. Measuring 48-1/5″W x 34″D x 46-5/8″H with 13.4 cu. ft. of capacity, it includes (18) 1/6 poly pans paired with a 10″ poly cutting board. Rear-mounted, self-contained, ventilated refrigeration and digital temperature control deliver a 33° to 40°F holding range.
Two solid hinged self-closing doors and (2) adjustable shelves provide flexible storage. The cabinet features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back, plus automatic evaporation and air defrost. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with 1/7 HP and operates on 115v/60/1-ph, 2.3 amps via a NEMA 5-15P cord. Mounted on 3″ casters and listed cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
