This pan has a detachable base that can be removed by flicking open its side buckle, while its tight seal prevents batter from leaking out. As an added benefit it has a non-stick quantum coating that makes it easy to remove the finished product without damaging its edges.
This pan is constructed from 24 gauge aluminized steel so it is strong enough for commercial use and provides exceptional thermal conduction. In addition, its reinforced rim keeps it from bending out of shape and it is also dishwasher safe.
