Additionally, this pan features a unique anti-jam design around its full perimeter that will prevent edges from damage while facilitating proper ventilation so pans dry sufficiently even when they are stacked.
This stir fry pan with natural finish boasts a silicone ergonomic handle that is heat-resistant up to 500 degrees to prevent heat-related injuries and is also NSF listed ensuring that is is fit for commercial use.
