With a 35-3/4″ W x 23-3/4″ D cooking surface and three manual controls, this Griddle allows operators to cook a variety of items. Ideal for breakfast foods, sandwiches, meats, fruits, vegetables and more, this Griddle has a 3/4″ griddle plate. Its front, sides, and splashguard are all stainless steel. This makes the HDTG-3630G more durable and easy to clean. It comes with an easily removable, large capacity drip pan and a full-width, front mounted grease trough.
