This Wells HDCB-3630G is powered by Natural Gas to char, broil and grill your menu items. Designed as a 36″ wide Countertop Charbroiler, it provides operators with increased flexibility. They can grill and cook a variety of meats, desserts, fruits and vegetables, and more, all from the convenience of your commercial kitchen’s countertop. It has a cast iron top grates that are easily reversible or removable. The cast iron radiants provide higher temperatures, uniform heat, and sloped positions. This HDCB-3630G Natural Gas Charbroiler has a stainless steel construction increasing its durability and making it easy to clean. It comes with a removable drip pan and grease trough for easy cleaning.
