Its downdraft recirculating design captures smoke and particulates at the source, using (2) grease and (2) carbon/particulate filters for cleaner air and guest-friendly presentations. UL certified to UL710B, UL197, UL-Sanitation and NSF certified to NSF4; meets EPA Method 202 and NFPA96 requirements with emissions under 5.00 mg/m3 using 30% fat ground beef.
Protect staff and guests with a 22″ tall tempered curved breathguard and integrated ANSUL R-102 fire suppression. Cook and carve efficiently with the included 59501 Mirage drop-in range and a rectangle countertop cutting board positioned at the non-induction location (left or right). Stainless kickplates resist wear while keeping the unit looking clean in high-visibility spaces.
