Optimize flow on the line with an open base and stainless steel undershelf for bulk storage, plus an 8″D poly cutting board and 7-1/2″D plate shelf to stage plates and garnish. Individual capillary tube thermostatic controls and a low-water indicator light support safe, repeatable results during buffet service, cafeteria lines, and catered banquets.
Built for daily use, this 61-1/4″ wide, 120v unit installs easily with a 10′ cord and NEMA 5-20P plug, and adjustable legs help level on uneven floors. Mechanical guards protect controls in busy back-of-house and front-of-house environments.
