Built with a durable steel housing and stainless steel cover, it stands up to daily service. It comes ready to work with the VS9 9″ vegetable slicer attachment plus a plate holder fitted with a 5/16″ shredder plate.
Plug into a 115v/60/1-ph outlet to integrate easily on existing prep tables. Certified cETLus and NSF for commercial kitchens. Not for shredding cheese.
