The Univex ABDR30 Bun Divider/Rounder is capable of producing up to 5,400 0.88 oz to 3.17 oz balls per hour. Powerful hydraulics are used to divide a batch of dough and rounds it into 30 equal-weighted balls in seven (7) seconds.
The duration of pressing and rounding, as well as the weight of each ball, is configurable with the control board that can be programmed. Producing precise and repeatable results, even with new crew members, is simple with saved presets. Operating can be done by anyone since it is easy to train personnel to use this unit. The control panel also includes support for multiple languages for international use. Dual start buttons on this unit keep operators safe. Three (3) clear 30 division trays come with this unit for ease of use.
This unit is sure to maintain its looks for many years to come thanks to its easy to clean and maintain painted steel exterior. Keeping this unit level on uneven flooring is achieved with simple leveling feet. Externally the unit measures 26-½” wide, 56-¼” front-to-back, and 25-½” high. At full load, this device draws 6.87 amps of 220v/60/3-ph power.
