Direct every cycle from a 7″ digital touchscreen with HACCP data tracker, while a multi-core probe with four reading points verifies core temperatures. End-of-cycle hold maintains conditions until staff can unload, and a self-closing door with 105° stop supports fast staging on busy lines. UV sterilizer, auto-defrost, and an epoxy-coated sealed evaporator minimize manual intervention.
