The oversized system holds 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit to support consistent product holding. Durable stainless steel and aluminum construction stands up to daily use, while foamed-in-place, eco-friendly polyurethane insulation helps retain cold. Inside, four heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves organize ingredients for quick access. Locking stainless steel doors provide security between shifts.
