Featuring a 3/16″ internal diameter and an extra-thick 7/16″ OD, this tubing is engineered for high-pressure stability and exceptional kink resistance. The thick wall reduces “ballooning” under gas pressure and provides superior insulation, which is critical for minimizing foam in short-draw systems. Made from high-purity, food-grade PVC, it is flavor-neutral and NSF-certified for safe beverage contact.

Draft Balancing Tip: 3/16″ ID tubing provides approximately 3 PSI of resistance per foot. For a standard 12 PSI CO2 setup, use 4-5 feet of this line to achieve a perfect 2-inch head. To ensures a 100% leak-proof seal on 1/4″ or 3/16″ barbs, use a tube cutter for a square cut and secure with Oetiker stepless clamps. This 100-foot spool is ideal for professional installers.
