The Southbend S48DC-3GL S-Series restaurant range combines two 28,000 BTU open burners with a 36-inch left-side griddle to consolidate multiple stations into one 48-inch footprint. With 155,000 BTU total input, chefs can sear in pans while simultaneously turning out burgers, pancakes, or onions on the griddle to keep the line moving.
A standard oven with a snap action thermostat delivers consistent recovery for roasting proteins, finishing skillets, or baking sides, and includes one rack to get you started. Manual controls provide familiar, responsive operation for busy service.
Designed for the rigors of commercial kitchens, it features a stainless steel front and sides, a removable shelf, and a 4-inch front rail with 6-inch adjustable legs to match your line height. Removable cast iron grate tops, crumb drawers, and a hinged lower valve panel simplify cleaning and service, while the cabinet base keeps essential pans and tools within reach.
