Four pyromax burners on the left pair with two star/sauté burners on the right to organize high-heat and sauce work side by side. A standing pilot system supports consistent, ready-to-cook performance across shifts.
Move from searing and sautéing to baking without breaking flow thanks to a standard oven with battery spark ignition. The 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf creates handy overhead space to stage pans, smallwares, or finishing garnishes. Use the cabinet base to keep sheet pans or bulk ingredients within reach.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily service, while 6″ adjustable legs make leveling straightforward during installs or moves. Total input of 271,000 BTU equips the line for demanding volumes. CSA and NSF listings support code compliance, and this model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
