An adjustable temperature control allows you to set holding conditions for salad components on the line.
Two drawers organize greens, toppings, and mise en place for quick access during peak service. 3-inch casters, two with locks, let you roll the unit for cleaning, reposition a salad station, or secure it in place.
A stainless steel interior and a stainless and galvanized exterior support daily back-of-house use.
