At 17.62 inches wide, the SKDL18-EDUS4 fits tight stations and uses bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290. An adjustable temperature control allows you to set holding conditions for salad components on the line.
Two drawers organize greens, toppings, and mise en place for quick access during peak service. 3-inch casters, two with locks, let you roll the unit for cleaning, reposition a salad station, or secure it in place.
A stainless steel interior and a stainless and galvanized exterior support daily back-of-house use. Manual defrost keeps maintenance straightforward, and a NEMA 5-15P on a 115v/60/1 circuit simplifies installation.
