Engineered for high-volume kitchens, the Salvajor 500-SA-6-ARSS-2-PP disposer and sink assembly streamlines food waste handling at the prep sink or dish station. A powerful 5 Hp motor pairs with automatic reversing ARSS-2 control to help maintain throughput and reduce jams.
Operators can start and stop processing with a simple push-button station, while the pp-type control manages water via a mounted solenoid valve, flow control, and pressure switch. A 6-1/2″ sink collar with stopper makes loading and holding waste convenient during peak service.
Built for daily service, the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing and single support leg support a sturdy, space-efficient installation. A fixed nozzle and chrome plated vacuum breaker are included, and the unit is UL and CE listed for commercial kitchen use as a reliable commercial garbage disposal solution.
