The Peerless CW200P is a gas, double-stacked deck pizza bake oven engineered for steady, high-volume production. Each oven features a 52″ W x 36″ D stone deck and a 9″ high baking chamber to handle large pies and pans. The “Power-Pak” 5-cell burner system works with 1-1/2″ pizza stones to store heat between bakes.
Operators can fine-tune results with a throttling thermostat spanning 300°F to 650°F. Match heat to New York-style rounds, Sicilian pans, and flatbreads to keep tickets moving with consistent quality. The aluminized steel interior and stone decks support dependable deck-baked results service after service.
