Create refined, contemporary desserts with the Pavoni Pavoflex PX43133 Almond Silicone Mold, designed in collaboration with pastry chef Emmanuele Forcone. Its elegant almond-shaped cavities deliver consistent, professional results, ideal for mousse, entremets, and plated presentations.
This mold features 12 cavities, each measuring 3.7″ x 2.3″ x 1.5″ (93 x 58 x 38 mm) with a 4.1 oz. (120 ml) capacity, and an overall size of 11.8″ x 15.75″ (300 x 400 mm). Made in Italy from high-quality silicone with a non-stick, slick upper surface, it ensures easy release, simple cleaning with hot water and mild soap, and can be sanitized in the oven for two minutes at 150°C (302°F).
