Each cavity measures 2.8″ in diameter by 1.6″ deep (70mm x 40mm), with a generous volume of 4.7 oz. (140 ml.), making it ideal for individual portions. Crafted from high-quality non-stick silicone with a slick upper surface, it ensures easy release, effortless cleaning, and can be oven-sanitized at 150°C (302°F) for two minutes.
