Description
The Micro Matic CP-0814-3 is a commercial-grade, 3-circuit cold plate designed for “flash chilling” beverages in jockey boxes and portable dispensing setups. Measuring 8″ x 14″, this thermal transfer block is engineered with high-quality 304 stainless steel product lines cast into a solid, high-conductivity aluminum housing. This design allows for rapid heat exchange, bringing ambient temperature beer, soda, or water down to ice-cold serving temperatures as it flows through the internal coils. With three independent circuits, this plate is the perfect solution for mid-sized mobile bars and event kiosks that need to serve three different chilled beverages simultaneously without the need for electrical refrigeration.

Pro Event Note: To get the best performance out of the CP-0814-3, the plate must be fully submerged in an ice-water bath (slush). Simply placing ice cubes on top will result in “warm” pours. We recommend securing the cold plate to the bottom of your cooler with mounting brackets to prevent it from floating as the ice melts. After your event, always perform a thorough line cleaning to prevent sugars from crystallizing inside the stainless steel loops, which can be difficult to clear once hardened.
