Technician’s Note: This unit requires separate pure Nitrogen and pure CO2 sources. For the blender to function accurately, both inlet pressures must be set identically (typically 10-15 PSI above the highest serving pressure). Mount the unit vertically on a wall in the keg room. Periodically check the outlet pressures with a test gauge to ensure factory calibration.
