The Manitowoc IYT0620W/SPA162 is a commercial half cube ice machine and dispenser that produces up to 560 lb of half cube ice per day and serves it through a sanitary, self-serve dispense, backed by 120 lb of internal storage and continuous make.
Half-dice cube chills fast and displaces well in a glass, the workhorse format for soft drinks, mixed beverages, and high-throughput dispensing. The dispenser format keeps hands out of the ice for a cleaner operation than an open bin.
This is the water-cooled model, which carries condenser heat away through a water line instead of into the room, the right pick for hot kitchens or tight, enclosed spaces that lack the clearance an air-cooled unit needs, with the tradeoff of added water use.
